How it works
Pick a loop.
Keep going.
Brad and Adrienne are taking on 2.2 mile loops, starting one each hour, until they reach roughly a half marathon. You can make the day your own.
Repeat if you want
Six loops add up to about 13.2 miles. Snacks and good company count as part of the strategy.

Run one loop, run all six, or hang out in the Trash Talk Zone. The “Only Thing I’m Running Is My Mouth” shirt is a valid event-day choice.

Run your half marathon another day if November 14 doesn’t work. However you split it up, tag Adrienne so we can cheer you on.
